July 14, 1934 - September 13, 2024

Dear friends,

Maria Schulten, a well-beloved member of the Apollo Center of the Fellowship of Friends, completed her task today, Friday, September 13, 2024, at 4:20 a.m., following a long illness with cancer.

Maria was born on July 14, 1934, and joined the Fellowship in Amsterdam on November 5, 2011. She was 90 years old on her last birthday. She moved to Apollo shortly after joining, and lived near her brother, Edward Schulten.

Her practical wisdom and exuberance were refreshing. She was a great friend to many of us, and will be missed.
