February 19, 1947 - August 27, 2019

Dear Friends,

Jose Dilmer Moreno Mendoza, a beloved member of the Fellowship of Friends; completed his task due to a stroke, at 10:19 pm, Tuesday, August 27, 2019.  Jose turned seventy-two years old on February 18, 2019.

Jose  joined the Fellowship in Bogota, Columbia, February 1, 2003.  He served as the Center Bookkeeper for four years.  Students in the Center experienced him  as a calm, affectionate, and supportive student.
